The policies and procedures herein are applicable to all affiliates. An affiliate is one who has completed a Company application agreement and has been accepted by the Company as an affiliate. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject anyone as an affiliate. The company makes no claim for the average monthly earnings, and uses potential monthly earnings as examples. Monthly earning is highly correlated with the amount of time and effort the member puts in to advertising and selling. All affiliates must be the age of majority in the state in which they reside. The Company reserves the right to reject any applications for renewal. The Company is non-restricted. Members can join regardless of where they reside. All affiliates are asked to promote and sponsor other affiliates in respect to the procedures and policies outlined by the Company. Each affiliate shall hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages or liabilities arising out of the affiliate's business practices. Company affiliates have no authority to bind the Company to any obligation. Each affiliate is encouraged to set up his\her own hours and to determine his\her own methods of promoting, so long as he\she complies with the policies and procedures of the Company. Commission Payment Requirement All affiliates are required to obtain a FREE PayPal Account in order to receive commissions. Termination of Membership Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: - Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading links) - Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) - Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities - Violation of intellectual property rights. - Slandering, mistreating, using vulgar language towards to company and to its members Affiliates must pay the subscription fee in the following ways; PayPal or credit card. Payments re-occur every year on the date in which the affiliate purchased a subscription.. We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or services sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. The name of the Company and other names as may be adopted by the Company are proprietary trade names and trademarks of the Company. As such, these marks are of great value to the Company and are supplied to affiliates for their use only in an expressly authorized manner. Affiliate agrees not to advertise the Company product in any way other than the advertising or promotional materials made available to the affiliate by the Company. The Company is entitled to change the policies to accommodate and update members. Note: the use of the term affiliate and member are used interchangeably referring to the same thing.
