Lewis-Clark State College (Workforce Training) LCSC (located in Lewiston, Idaho) purchased InterAction's products for two reasons. First, we wanted to be able to have a quick reference tool for our students, faculty, and staff to help them learn to use the programs within the MS Office suite. Second, we saw an opportunity for our business partners upon a recommendation from us to use this tool for their employees. We have found that new users who are usually intimidated by computer programs really enjoy using the products to learn new skills. New users love the ability to explore, run, and rerun the animations, and do it all at their own desk without having to call anyone to ask questions or try to wade through some cumbersome book. Our intermediate and advanced users are happy with the tool also. Most of then have learned by trial and error on their own so when they explore with InterAction's products, or look up how to do something, they learn new ways to perform basic tasks, which may be easier than how they had done it in the past. The pressure was on. Just one week left before our semi-annual sales meeting and I was scheduled to give a PowerPoint presentation. There was just one problem, I had never created my own PowerPoint presentation before nor did I have time to take a college class. That's where InterAction USA came to my rescue. In just a few minutes, the customer service representative, Kevin Godliman, helped to take the pressure off me big time. By simply using my web browser and following along with my mouse and monitor, I was learning Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 right from my home. With my wife being a doctor and away a lot of the time, I could stay home and work out of my office while at the same time being there for my kids. Within a couple of hours of using the product, I was already feeling confident that I could create the best sales presentation I could imagine. Before I knew it, I had finished the training and I was well on my way. The presentation came together in a snap and I must admit, all of the sales staff commented on how this years presentations and sales training by far, exceeded any years meeting in the past. As a Michigan Works! Agency / Career Center, we are here to help people become successfully employed. Our desire is to provide persons with basic computer skills in order to become more marketable in the workplace. I chose your product because I wanted/needed a tutorial that hit on as many learning styles as possible. I wanted my customers to be able to see it (visual), hear it (auditory), read it (visual) and do it (kinesthetic). Your program was one of the few that I could find that met those objectives. I also wanted a tutorial that could be completed independently without staff assistance.

My goal is that all customers leave the agency with greater confidence in their computer abilities. In fact, I tell all of my customers that they no matter what kind of job it is that they are looking for, they must learn how to use the computer.

Royal Bank of Canada "In sourcing on-line training for MS Office 2000 products, I was pleased to find a learning solution that allowed users to get "How to..." information quickly and easily without disruption to their work. In reviewing our Office 97 training, which included comprehensive CBT courses, I found that very few people actually completed any of the courses. My research showed that learners only spent 15 minutes to an hour in any of the courses suggesting that users were looking for specific information. Preliminary user feedback for the training was very positive, and learners appreciated that they could get answers to their questions without having to go through an entire course. Also, they really appreciated that different learning styles are addressed within the course. Simply put, I believe that the products are designed for the way people work. Big 5 Sporting Goods has recently implemented a CBT program designed and developed by SoftSkills Interactive (InterAction USA's custom development department) to introduce our new-hire Manager Trainees to the newly upgraded store operating system, Win/DSS. Prior to the development of the Win/DSS training software, Manager Trainees relied solely on one-on-one training administered by the Store Manager. They were easily and accurately able to identify the need, and then design and produce the interactive training materials necessary to meet our goals. The project team worked quickly and efficiently to produce the Win/DSS training software in a short time frame. We chose these products initially because we were so impressed with the true interactivity that is missing from other training products we have tried. Staff are reporting that they use it more because the front page menu allows to them to quickly and easily find and use the module they need RIGHT THIS MINUTE! The IT staff appreciate the flexibility, and the fact that it doesn't require any background programs to run. We installed it on our servers for in-house people to access, remote offices use the site hosted by pcskills. We didn't believe the price at first, thought it was a typo. It's awesome! Feel free to use any or all of this - we love it!

Arizona State University first started using InterAction USA computer based training resources with the Office 97 suite in 1998. You could say that we have grown up along with the company.... We just recently received the Office XP suite which is a nice addition to our computer support library. The feedback from all our customers is consistent. They are great resources.
They are easy to use, the instruction is clear, and they particular enjoy the interactive nature much better than some of the competitor's products we have had in the past. Some of the competitor's products, were merely demonstration only mode and lacked the full interactivity we have found with InterAction USA. All in all, they are a very cost effective resource and a clear and easy to use solution to computer training.
